I have been avoiding this for years, I thought that Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram would be enough, but no, apparently social media isn't for everyone and I am supposed to be promoting my books and tours to get more sales. So here I am, blowing my own trumpet and telling the world how bloody lucky I am to be living the life I have.

I'm best known for campaigning for the Britannia Panopticon Music Hall in Glasgow - if I am known for anything at all. It has been my love for nearly 30 years. I met my husband there, some of my best pals, and a whole smorgasbord of celebrities and fabulous people. It has given me so many incredible opportunities.
